ILM Introductory Certificate 34 hours. Leadership, Delegating, Planning & budgeting, Problem Solving, Managing Change, Using Information for Decisions.
ILM Certificate in Management 160 hours.
Including Managing Yourself, Management Skills, Managing Resources, Developing People, Understanding Organisations, Managing People, Managing Change.
Green Belt Training 70 hours
Learners become equipment in Lean Six Sigma project management principles. The learner will have a business problem of £20-100k. Learning and applying tools and techniques the learner will go through defining, measuring, analysing, improving and closing out the problem.
