Qualification Code:
The Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading you must complete five units, three are mandatory and two are optional, which are selected by your company based your skills gaps and business priorities. The company can also choose a small project for the team to each lead activities on and implement changes during the programme.
This 5 or 6 day programme covers 3 training days were the group are provided with team leader training, effective time management, managing change, effective meetings, managing conflict, decision making, coaching and delegation and 2 or 3 1-1 hourly coaching sessions.
The Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading covers the range of activities which team leaders working at this level are expected to carry out effectively and efficiently.
